Hadith 787:2
'Affan narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Ya'la ibn 'Ata' informed me, he said: I heard 'Amarah ibn Hadid, a man from Bajilah, say: I heard Sakhr al-Ghamidi, a man from Azd, say: The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "O Allah, bless my nation in their early mornings." He said: And the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, whenever he sent a military detachment, he would send them at the beginning of the day. And Sakhr was a merchant man, and he had servants, so he would send his servants at the beginning of the day. He said: So his wealth increased until he did not know where to put it.
حدثنا عفان، حدثنا شعبة، قال: يعلى بن عطاء، أنبأني، قال: سمعت عمارة بن حديد رجلا من بجيلة، قال: سمعت صخرا الغامدي، رجلا من الأزد، يقول: إن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " اللهم بارك لأمتي في بكورها " قال: وكان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا بعث سرية بعثهم من أول النهار وكان صخر رجلا تاجرا، وكان له غلمان، فكان يبعث غلمانه من أول النهار قال: فكثر ماله حتى كان لا يدري أين يضعه
