Hadith 673:1
Waki' narrated to us, Aban ibn Abdullah al-Bajali narrated to us, my paternal uncles narrated to me, from their grandfather Sakhr ibn 'Ailah, that a people from Banu Sulaym fled from their land when Islam came, so I took it. Then they accepted Islam, and they disputed with me regarding it before the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. He returned it to them and said: "If a man accepts Islam, he is more entitled to his land and his wealth."
حدثنا وكيع، حدثنا أبان بن عبد الله البجلي، حدثني عمومتي، عن جدهم صخر بن عيلة، أن قوما من بني سليم فروا عن أرضهم، حين جاء الإسلام، فأخذتها، فأسلموا، فخاصموني فيها إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فردها عليهم، وقال: " إذا أسلم الرجل، فهو أحق بأرضه وماله " . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
