Musnad Ahmad 333:3

Waki' narrated to us, he said: 'Ikrimah ibn 'Ammar narrated to us, from Iyas ibn Salamah, from his father, who said: I killed a man, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Who killed this one?" They said: "Ibn al-Akwa'." He said: "He shall have his spoils."
