Musnad Ahmad 333:9

Bahz narrated to us, he said: ‘Ikrimah ibn ‘Ammar narrated to us, from Iyas ibn Salamah, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever draws the sword against us is not of us."
