Hadith 1306:2
Abu Sa’id, the freed slave of Banu Hashim, narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi al-Mawali narrated to us, Fa’id, the freed slave of Ibn Abi Rafi’, narrated to us, from ‘Ali ibn ‘Ubayd Allah ibn Abi Rafi’, from his paternal aunt, Salma, who said: No one complained to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, of a pain in his head, except that he said: "Perform cupping." And no one complained to him of a pain in his legs, except that he said: "Apply henna to your legs."
حدثنا أبو سعيد، مولى بني هاشم، حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن أبي الموالي، حدثنا فائد، مولى ابن أبي رافع ، عن علي بن عبيد الله بن أبي رافع ، عن عمته، سلمى قالت: ما اشتكى أحد إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وجعا في رأسه إلا قال: " احتجم " ولا اشتكى إليه أحد وجعا في رجليه إلا قال: " اخضب رجليك "
