Hadith 296:17
'Affan narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from Ibn Sirin, from Salman bin 'Amir al-Dabbi, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "With the boy is his 'Aqiqah (sacrifice), so shed blood for him, and remove the harm from him."
حدثنا عفان، حدثنا همام، حدثنا قتادة، عن ابن سيرين، عن سلمان بن عامر الضبي، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " مع الغلام عقيقته، فأهريقوا عنه الدم، وأميطوا عنه الأذى "
