Musnad Ahmad 799:106

'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, who said: "The neighbor has a greater right to the proximity," or "to the house."
