And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:118
'Affan narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah informed us, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "The neighbor of the house has more right to the house than anyone else."
حدثنا عفان، حدثنا همام، أخبرنا قتادة، عن الحسن، عن سمرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " جار الدار أحق بالدار من غيره "
