Hadith 799:119

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, Sulayman al-Taymi narrated to us, from Abu al-'Ala', from Samurah ibn Jundub: "A bowl containing tharid (bread soaked in broth) was brought to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), and they took turns eating from it until the noon, from the morning; groups would stand up, and others would sit down." A man said to him: "Was it being replenished?" He said: "And what are you amazed at? It was not being replenished except from here," and he pointed to the sky.
