And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:122
Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, Shu'bah informed us, and Abu Dawud informed us, Hisham informed us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah ibn Jundub, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "The neighbor of the house has more right to the house."
حدثنا يزيد بن هارون، أخبرنا شعبة، وأبو داود، أخبرنا هشام، عن قتادة، عن الحسن، عن سمرة بن جندب، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " جار الدار أحق بالدار "
