And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:124
Yazid narrated to us, Baqiyyah ibn al-Walid informed us, from Ishaq ibn Tha'labah, from Makhul, from Samurah ibn Jundub, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Let not one of you take possession of his brother's captive, and then kill him."
حدثنا يزيد، أخبرنا بقية بن الوليد، عن إسحاق بن ثعلبة، عن مكحول، عن سمرة بن جندب، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لا يتعاطى أحدكم أسير أخيه، فيقتله "
