And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:127
Yazid narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah informed us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah ibn Jundub, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "Whoever takes possession of a relative, he is free."
حدثنا يزيد، أخبرنا حماد بن سلمة، عن قتادة، عن الحسن، عن سمرة بن جندب، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من ملك ذا رحم، فهو عتيق "
