And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:129
Abu Qatan narrated to us, Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If two guardians give a woman in marriage, it belongs to the first of them. And if he sells a sale to two men, it belongs to the first of them."
حدثنا أبو قطن، حدثنا هشام، عن قتادة، عن الحسن، عن سمرة، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إذا أنكح الوليان، فهو للأول منهما، وإذا باع بيعا لرجلين، فهو للأول منهما "
