And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)

ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

Hadith 799:13

Bahz and Abd al-Samad narrated to us, they said: Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah. Abd al-Samad said: Qatadah narrated to me, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "If two guardians give a woman in marriage, she belongs to the first of them. And if a sale is sold by two men, it belongs to the first of them."

حدثنا بهز، وعبد الصمد، قالا: حدثنا همام، عن قتادة، قال عبد الصمد: حدثني قتادة ، عن الحسن، عن سمرة، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إذا أنكح المرأة الوليان، فهي للأول منهما، وإذا بيع البيع من الرجلين، فهو للأول منهما "
