And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:131
Rawh narrated to us, Hisham bin Abi Abdullah and Hammad narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah bin Jundub, that the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Any woman whose guardian marries her off to two men, she belongs to the first of them. And any man who sells a sale to two men, it belongs to the first of them."
حدثنا روح، حدثنا هشام بن أبي عبد الله، وحماد، عن قتادة، عن الحسن، عن سمرة بن جندب، أن نبي الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " أيما امرأة زوجها وليان، فهي للأول منهما، وأيما رجل باع بيعا من رجلين، فهو للأول منهما "
