And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)

ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

Hadith 799:137

Yahya ibn Sa'id and Ibn Ja'far narrated to us, they said: Sa'id narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah ibn Jundub, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "Whoever kills his slave, we kill him, and whoever mutilates him, we mutilate him." Yahya said: Then al-Hasan forgot [this] afterwards, and said: He is not to be killed for him.

حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد، وابن جعفر، قالا: حدثنا سعيد، عن قتادة، عن الحسن، عن سمرة بن جندب، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من قتل عبده قتلناه، ومن جدعه جدعناه "، قال يحيى: ثم نسي الحسن بعد، فقال: لا يقتل به
