And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:150
Abu Kamil narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah ibn Jundub, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Whoever comes into possession of a relative within the prohibited degrees of marriage (dhu rahim mahram), he is free."
حدثنا أبو كامل، حدثنا حماد، عن قتادة، عن الحسن، عن سمرة بن جندب، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من ملك ذا رحم محرم، فهو حر "
