And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:164
'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from Samurah ibn Jundub, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The two parties to a transaction have the option [to rescind or confirm] as long as they have not separated."
حدثنا عبد الصمد حدثنا شعبة، حدثنا قتادة، عن الحسن، عن سمرة بن جندب قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " البيعان بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا "
