And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:174
'Affan narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from Qatadah and Humayd, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The neighbor is more entitled to [the right of] proximity."
حدثنا عفان، حدثنا حماد، عن قتادة، وحميد، عن الحسن، عن سمرة، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " الجار أحق بالجوار "
