And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:176
Isma'il and Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, they said: Sa'id narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah ibn Jundab, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The two parties to a sale have the option [to rescind or confirm] as long as they have not separated."
حدثنا إسماعيل، ومحمد بن جعفر، قالا: حدثنا سعيد، عن قتادة، عن الحسن، عن سمرة بن جندب، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " البيعان بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا "
