And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:177
'Affan narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "The *'umra* (gift of a house for life) is permissible."
