And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:186
'Affan narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, Qatadah informed us, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If two men marry a woman, the first is more entitled. And if two men buy a sale [item], the first is more entitled."
حدثنا عفان، حدثنا حماد، أخبرنا قتادة، عن الحسن، عن سمرة، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إذا تزوج الرجلان المرأة، فالأول أحق، وإذا اشترى الرجلان البيع، فالأول أحق "
