And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:20
'Affan narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Sawadah narrated to me, he said: I heard Samurah ibn Jundub saying: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Do not let the call of Bilal deceive you, for there is a defect in his eyesight. And do not let the whiteness that appears at the top of the dawn [deceive you]."
حدثنا عفان، حدثنا همام، حدثني سوادة، قال: سمعت سمرة بن جندب، يقول: إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " لا يغرنكم نداء بلال، فإن في بصره سوءا، ولا بياض يتراءى بأعلى السحر "
