And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:23
Husayn narrated to us, he said: Shayban narrated to us, from Qatadah, he said: And Al-Hasan narrated from Samurah, that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to say: "Sam is the father of the Arabs, and Yafith is the father of the Romans, and Ham is the father of the Abyssinians."
وحدثنا حسين، قال: حدثنا شيبان، عن قتادة، قال: وحدث الحسن، عن سمرة، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يقول: " سام أبو العرب، ويافث أبو الروم، وحام أبو الحبش "
