And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:32
'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, 'Umar ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "Whoever finds his property with a bankrupt person, specifically [the same item], he is more entitled to it."
حدثنا عبد الصمد، حدثنا عمر بن إبراهيم، حدثنا قتادة، عن الحسن، عن سمرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من وجد متاعه عند مفلس بعينه، فهو أحق به "
