And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:38
Sulayman ibn Dawud al-Tayalisi narrated to us, Imran narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade a man from proposing to a woman whom his brother has already proposed to, or from buying over the sale of his brother.
