And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:39
'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If two guardians give a woman in marriage, then she belongs to the first. And if two people sell [the same thing], then the sale belongs to the first."
حدثنا عبد الصمد، حدثنا هشام، عن قتادة، عن الحسن، عن سمرة، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إذا أنكح وليان فهي للأول، وإذا باع اثنان فالبيع للأول "
