And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:44
'Affan narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If a woman is married to two husbands, she belongs to the first of them. And if a sale is sold to two men, it belongs to the first of them."
حدثنا عفان، حدثنا همام، حدثنا قتادة، عن الحسن، عن سمرة، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إذا أنكحت المرأة زوجين، فهي للأول منهما، وإذا بيع البيع من رجلين، فهو للأول منهما "
