And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:51
'Abd al-Wahhab al-Khaffaf narrated to us, Sa'id narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah ibn Jundub, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The neighbor of the house has more right to the house."
حدثنا عبد الوهاب الخفاف، حدثنا سعيد، عن قتادة، عن الحسن، عن سمرة بن جندب، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " جار الدار أحق بالدار "
