And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)

ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

Hadith 799:53

And the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Whoever encloses a wall around a piece of land, then it is his."
