And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:56
He said: And the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "With the boy is his 'aqiqah (sacrifice); it is slaughtered for him on his seventh day, and he is named, and his head is shaved."
قال: وقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إنه مع الغلام عقيقته، تذبح عنه يوم سابعه، ويسمى، ويحلق رأسه "
