And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:64
'Amr ibn al-Haytham Abu Qatan narrated to us, Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "If two guardians give a woman in marriage, it belongs to the first of them. And if he sells a sale to two men, it belongs to the first of them."
حدثنا عمرو بن الهيثم أبو قطن، حدثنا هشام، عن قتادة، عن الحسن، عن سمرة، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إذا أنكح الوليان فهو للأول منهما، وإذا باع بيعا من رجلين فهو للأول منهما "
