And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:67
Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, Abu Malik al-Ashja'i narrated to us, from Nu'aym ibn Abi Hind, from Ibn Samurah ibn Jundub, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever kills [an enemy], then for him is his spoils."
حدثنا أبو معاوية، حدثنا أبو مالك الأشجعي، عن نعيم بن أبي هند، عن ابن سمرة بن جندب، عن أبيه، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " من قتل فله السلب "
