Musnad Ahmad 799:8

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Sa‘id narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace—and he was doubtful about it in the Book of Sales, so he said: from ‘Uqbah or Samurah—that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Any woman whom two guardians have married off, she belongs to the first of them. And whoever sells a sale to two men, it belongs to the first of them."
