And from the Hadith of Samurah ibn Jundab (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث سمرة بن جندب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 799:80
Yahya narrated to us, from Isma'il—meaning Ibn Abi Khalid—from 'Amir, from Samurah ibn Jundub, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prayed the dawn prayer one day, then said: "Is there anyone here from the tribe of so-and-so?" [He said it] twice. A man said: "I am here." It is as if I can hear the voice of the Prophet (ﷺ) saying: "Your companion has been detained at the gate of Paradise due to a debt that was upon him."
حدثنا يحيى، عن إسماعيل يعني ابن أبي خالد، عن عامر، عن سمرة بن جندب، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم صلى الفجر ذات يوم، فقال: " هاهنا من بني فلان أحد؟ " مرتين "، فقال رجل: هو ذا، فكأني أسمع صوت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إن صاحبكم قد حبس على باب الجنة بدين كان عليه "
