Hadith 458:5
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, he said: Ma'mar informed me, from Ayyub, from Abu Qilabah, from Abu al-Ash'ath al-San'ani, from Abu Asma' al-Rahabi, from Shaddad ibn Aws, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah the Almighty gathered the earth for me, until I saw its easts and its wests. And the dominion of my nation will reach what was gathered for me of it. And I was given the two treasures: the white and the red. And I asked my Lord, the Almighty, not to destroy my nation by a widespread famine, and not to empower an enemy over them who would destroy them entirely, and not to confuse them into sects, and not to let some of them taste the violence of others. He said: 'O Muhammad, when I decree a decree, it is not turned back. And I have granted you for your nation that I will not destroy them by a widespread famine, and I will not empower an enemy over them from among others who would destroy them entirely, until some of them destroy others, some of them kill others, and some of them take others captive.'" He said: And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "And I do not fear for my nation except the misguided leaders. And when the sword is placed upon my nation, it will not be lifted from them until the Day of Resurrection."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق، قال معمر: أخبرني أيوب، عن أبي قلابة، عن أبي الأشعث الصنعاني، عن أبي أسماء الرحبي، عن شداد بن أوس، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إن الله عز وجل زوى لي الأرض حتى رأيت مشارقها ومغاربها، وإن ملك أمتي سيبلغ ما زوي لي منها، وإني أعطيت الكنزين الأبيض والأحمر، وإني سألت ربي عز وجل لا يهلك أمتي بسنة بعامة، وأن لا يسلط عليهم عدوا فيهلكهم بعامة ، وأن لا يلبسهم شيعا، ولا يذيق بعضهم بأس بعض، وقال: " يا محمد إني إذا قضيت قضاء، فإنه لا يرد، وإني قد أعطيتك لأمتك أن لا أهلكهم بسنة بعامة، ولا أسلط عليهم عدوا ممن سواهم فيهلكوهم بعامة، حتى يكون بعضهم يهلك بعضا، وبعضهم يقتل بعضا، وبعضهم يسبي بعضا " قال: وقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: " وإني لا أخاف على أمتي إلا الأئمة المضلين، فإذا وضع السيف في أمتي لم يرفع عنهم إلى يوم القيامة " . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
