Musnad Ahmad 362:1

Abu al-Nadr narrated to us, he said: al-Mas'udi narrated to us, from Muhajir Abu al-Hasan, from an elder who reached the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: I went out with the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, on a journey, and he passed by a man reciting: "Say, 'O disbelievers,'" (Surah al-Kafirun). He said: "As for this one, he has been absolved of polytheism." He said: And [he passed by] another reciting: "Say, 'He is Allah, [who is] One,'" (Surah al-Ikhlas). So the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "By it, Paradise has become mandatory for him." *** 16606 - Abdullah ibn Ahmad said: My father and Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to me, Mu'awiyah ibn Hisham narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Humran ibn A'yan, from Abu al-Tufayl, from a certain man from the Ansar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Your brother, the Negus, has died, so pray over him."
