Narrated to us Harun ibn Ma'ruf—Abu 'Abd al-Rahman said: And I heard it myself from Harun—narrated to us 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn Muhammad, he said: Informed me Muhammad ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Abi Hurrah, from his paternal uncle Hakim ibn Abi Hurrah, from Sinan ibn Sunnah, a companion of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "The eating person who is grateful has the like of the reward of the fasting person who is patient."
