Musnad Ahmad 1279:2

Ibrahim ibn Khalid narrated to us, Rabah narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from Ubayd Allah ibn Abd Allah ibn Utbah, who said: Abd Allah ibn Utbah wrote to Abd Allah ibn al-Arqam, commanding him to enter upon Subay'ah bint al-Harith to ask her about what the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had issued as a legal verdict for her. She claimed that she had been married to Sa'd ibn Khawlah, and he mentioned the meaning of it.
