Hadith 646:0
Sulayman ibn Surad reported: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Shall I not teach you a word, if you were to say it, what you find of anger would depart from you? If one of you says: 'I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan' (A'udhu billahi min ash-shaytanir-rajim), what he finds of anger would depart from him." A man said to him: "Do you see any madness in me?" He said: "No."
