Musnad Ahmad 512:3

Makki ibn Ibrahim narrated to me, Dawud—meaning ibn Yazid—narrated to us, he said: I heard Abd al-Malik al-Zarrad saying: I heard al-Nazzal ibn Sabrah, a companion of Ali, saying: I heard Suraqah saying: I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saying: "The Umrah has entered into the Hajj until the Day of Resurrection." He said: And the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, performed Qiran (combining Hajj and Umrah) during the Farewell Pilgrimage.
