Musnad Ahmad 1129:12

'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Mulazim narrated to us, Siraj ibn 'Uqbah, 'Abdullah ibn 'Uqbah, and 'Abdullah ibn Badr narrated to us, that Qays ibn Talq narrated to them, that his father, Talq ibn 'Ali, said: "I built the mosque with the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he used to say: 'Bring the Yamami closer to the clay, for he is the best of you at handling it and the strongest of you in shoulder.'"
