Musnad Ahmad 1129:14

Abdullah ibn Ahmad said: I found in my father’s book, in his own handwriting: Some of our companions narrated to me, saying: Mulazim narrated to me, Abdullah ibn Badr narrated to us, from Qays ibn Talq, from his father Talq ibn Ali, who said: A scorpion stung me while I was with the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. He performed *ruqyah* (incantation) over me and wiped over it.
