Hadith 300:0
Narrated by Talq ibn Ali: I came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) while he was building his mosque. A man came to him—I think he was a man from the Yamamah—and he said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have built a mosque in my land, and I have invited my people to it, but they refused to enter it unless I lead them in prayer." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Lead them in prayer." He said, "O Messenger of Allah, they are like wild beasts; they do not pray unless I pray with them." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Lead them in prayer, and consider the weakest among them, and take a Mu'adhdhin who does not take a fee for his Adhan."
