Hadith 300:5
Yunus narrated to us, Aban narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Isa ibn Khuthaym, from Qays ibn Talq, that his father witnessed the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and a man asked him about praying in a single garment, but he did not say anything to him. Then, when the prayer was called, the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, wrapped himself in his two garments and prayed in them.
حدثنا يونس، حدثنا أبان، عن يحيى بن أبي كثير، عن عيسى بن خثيم، عن قيس بن طلق أن أباه شهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وسأله رجل عن الصلاة في الثوب الواحد، فلم يقل له شيئا، فلما أقيمت الصلاة " طارق رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بين ثوبيه فصلى فيهما "
