Hadith 436:14
Abu Nu'aym narrated to us, 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn 'Umar ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz narrated to us, from 'Abd Allah ibn Mawhab, who said: I heard Tamim al-Dari saying: I asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, "What is the Sunnah regarding a man from the people of disbelief who embraces Islam at the hands of a man from the Muslims?" He said: "He is the person most entitled to his life and his death."
حدثنا أبو نعيم، حدثنا عبد العزيز بن عمر بن عبد العزيز، عن عبد الله بن موهب، قال: سمعت تميما الداري، يقول: سألت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ما السنة في الرجل من أهل الكفر يسلم على يدي الرجل من المسلمين؟ فقال: " هو أولى الناس بحياته وموته "
