Musnad Ahmad 200:7

'Affan narrated to us, 'Abd al-Wahid—meaning Ibn Ziyad—narrated to us, Abu Malik al-Ashja'i narrated to us, he said: My father, Tariq ibn Ashyam, narrated to me, he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) teaching someone who had accepted Islam, saying: "O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, and provide for me." And he was saying: "These gather for you the good of this world and the Hereafter."
