Musnad Ahmad 311:3

'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Harb narrated to us, Yahya narrated to us, he said: Abu Qilabah narrated to me, he said: Thabit ibn al-Dahhak al-Ansari narrated to me—and he was among those who pledged allegiance under the tree—that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever swears an oath by a religion other than Islam, while being a liar, then he is as he said. And whoever kills himself with something, he will be punished with it on the Day of Resurrection. And there is no vow upon a man regarding that which he does not possess."
