Hadith 981:15
Abu Qatan narrated to us, Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Salim ibn Abi al-Ja'd, from Ma'dan ibn Abi Talhah, from Thawban, that the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Whoever follows a funeral procession, for him is a qirat. And whoever witnesses its burial, for him are two qirats." It was said: "And what are the two qirats?" He said: "The smaller of them is like Uhud."
حدثنا أبو قطن، حدثنا هشام، عن قتادة، عن سالم بن أبي الجعد، عن معدان بن أبي طلحة، عن ثوبان أن نبي الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من تبع جنازة فله قيراط، ومن شهد دفنها فله قيراطان ". قيل: وما القيراطان؟ قال: " أصغرهما مثل أحد "
