Hadith 981:20
Isma'il narrated to us, Hisham informed us, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Ya'ish ibn al-Walid ibn Hisham, from Ma'dan, from Abu al-Darda': "That the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) vomited, so he broke his fast." He said: So I met Thawban in the mosque of Damascus and asked him about that. He said: "I poured the ablution water for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)."
حدثنا إسماعيل، أخبرنا هشام، عن يحيى بن أبي كثير، عن يعيش بن الوليد بن هشام، عن معدان، عن أبي الدرداء: " أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قاء فأفطر " قال: فلقيت ثوبان في مسجد دمشق فسألته عن ذلك فقال: أنا صببت لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وضوءه
